We are not responsible for any entries that we haven’t received. \n\nMotorbikes/ATVs\n Not allowed on course once cross country has started. \n\nMultiple entries and classes\n Multiple entries and classes: Horses are limited to show in only 4 classes the day of the show. We will do our best to schedule riders with multiple horses but we can only guarantee to schedule 3 horses for the entire show. \n\nPackets\n Packets can be picked up in the show hut by the main barn Friday starting at noon. and Saturday starting at 7 a.m. • Dressage Arenas: All USEF/FEI tests and some USEA tests (Prelim B and above) will be ridden in large arena. The USDF Introductory and some USEA tests (prelim A and below) will be ridden in small arena. We begin closing the rings down the Friday before the show at noon so please arrive early if you are looking to school inside them. \n\nPayments\n We accept cash\, check\, debit\, or credit card and can swipe your card at the show. \n\nRefunds\n If you scratch your entry BEFORE the closing date\, you will receive a full refund. Any scratches made AFTER the closing date will NOT result in a full refund: payment of $35 for each scheduled dressage ride must still be paid in order to cover dressage judges. \n\nRelease Forms\n All riders must sign a current 2016 release form. Anyone under 18 must have a representative sign for them. \n\nRide Times\n Ride times will be posted Wednesday evening prior to the show. \n\nSpectators/parents\n Please be courteous to the riders in the dressage rings riding their tests. Please don’t walk in front of the judges (located in either a hut or car at letter C) and please refrain from standing/sitting too close to the ring. \n\n Stabling Rules\n To avoid a $25 stall cleaning fee added to your entry\, please leave stalls as you found them. This means cleaned of all hay\, manure and urine. NO CARDBOARD SHAVINGS/STRAW PLEASE! You will be charged a $25 strip fee if these are found in your stall. Shavings can be purchased on property for $7/bag. Please be aware that electrical outlets are not located in front of every stall. To keep your horses safe\, please refrain from tying them to all doors and bars. Accidents happen and we’d like to avoid them if possible. \n\nStadium classes\n Stadium classes follow USEA rules. Riders are placed by whoever is closest to optimum time\, not the fastest round. \n\nThree-phase classes\n In order to be placed\, same rider and horse combination must compete in all three phases. \n\n\n[/tab]\n[tab id=”3″]\nRider Release Form\n[/tab]\n[/tabs]
